About this event

When Aune Aunapuu first visited South Africa in 2018, she didn’t know she would meet her future co-founder in Cape Town, or that the country would become Yaga ’s biggest and fastest-growing market. Join Yaga co-founder Aune in conversation with Innovation City CEO Michelle Kleu for the story behind the preloved fashion marketplace - from its beginnings in Estonia to finding its growth opportunity in South Africa. They’ll explore what made this market click, how Yaga built trust between buyers and sellers, and the lessons of growing a business while running it largely remotely. Bring your questions for a conversation about spotting opportunities, building partnerships and finding the right market for your idea. Thursday 13 October | 13:00–14:30 | Innovation City
